Shanxi Daren International Education Exchange Co., Ltd. is one of the first self-funded overseas study professional organizations in Shanxi Province approved by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Security and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. Established in October 1999, it is a legal enterprise with legal person status and one of the seven legal overseas study intermediary agencies in Shanxi Province published by the Education Department of Shanxi Province. The qualification number is 132 [2000].

Now our company mainly provides consultation and application for overseas education,  visa application, travel guidance, boarding arrangements, guardianship arrangements, college guidance, visa extension and other one-stop services. It provides oversea-education planning, guidance and application in 22 countries and regions, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, South Korea and Singapore. It has established extensive educational exchange programs and cooperated with more than 700 colleges around the world. “Over the years, Daren has been endowed with the title of the Best Overseas Study Agency in the province, setting a good example for other overseas study institutions” (Shanxi Daily). The National Association of Consumers has awarded the company the honor of Quality Civilized Service Enterprise for three consecutive years. It has gained a good reputation in cooperation with embassies and educational institutions, and has been awarded the IELTS Exemption Agency and E-Visa Authorization Agency by the Australian Embassy.

In order to solve the three major difficulties of Chinese mainland students including foreign language skills, independence and learning methods, the company founded Shanxi Daren Foreign Language College in July 2001, which is specialized in foreign language training and oversea-education one-stop service, providing IELTS intensive training on a regular basis. The language training program adopts a flexible schedule and makes sure that every student can fulfill the entrance requirement for foreign language with the highest efficiency. Annually, 450-500 students pass IELTS examination with excellent performance. In addition, in order to meet the demand of students, diverse language training departments, including the Japanese and South Korea Department and the European Department have been set up to provide educational consultation and language training for students.

In order to further realize the goal of integrating domestic education with international education, the company successively invested in the construction of two colleges in 2005, including College of Information and Business, North University of China (Shanxi Jinzhong Institute of Technology) and China Australia Business College of Shanxi (Junior College), sharing high-quality educational resources within the two colleges and providing easier access to oversea education for students. Meanwhile, Sunshine Study Abroad Office has been set up on campus to serve students who have the ambition to further their education abroad. The unique multilingual international studies programs provide students with international preparatory and pathway courses from enrollment to graduation, which lays a solid foundation for students to study abroad. Multilingual international studies programs adhere to the small-sized educational system equipped with foreign teachers and balanced teaching methodology, a combination of Chinese traditional values and essence of western wisdom. Daren has established a mature system of oversea-education programs to help students to pursue their Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctor’s Degree overseas with different time arrangements.
